Returns + Exchanges


Return + exchange policy is most important to us as we want to create a positive experience where our potential buyers shop with confidence. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, jewelry pieces in original condition are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please use the Contact Us page for return inquiries. To be eligible, your piece must be unworn, damage free and in original packaging. Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges.

Please pack the piece securely with the original jewelry box and packaging. Once we receive the piece, we will inspect to make sure that it’s in good condition and not damaged. Please note that we’re not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging.

All shipping charges are not refundable. You can expect a refund processed within 1 business day of our receiving your returned item. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase and will show up in your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
